Each team member was issued a certificate and a letter as pictured
below (customized for the individual).
The team was: Rosalyn Scaff, Wendy Rampson, Chandra Hurd (now
Gochanour),
and Sandy Arlinghaus. Awards were presented at a
ceremony in City Hall, for a variety of initiatives, conducted by the
Mayor and the Administrator.
