From the LDEI website: Les Dames d’Escoffier members are women in the food, beverage and hospitality industries who have at least five years of professional experience in their field and who are interested in sharing their expertise, learning from and networking with like-minded women and supporting causes globally and in their own communities. Prospective members should contact their nearest chapter to inquire about membership. Prospective members will be asked to complete an application form and submit one letter of recommendation from a current member of Les Dames d’Escoffier. All members are expected to support the Les Dames d’Escoffier International Mission, Vision and Values and abide by the organization’s Code of Ethics. LDEI hosts an Annual Conference each fall in a different city, to which all members are invited. Conference is an excellent opportunity for education and inspiration, and of course, an ideal way to meet members from chapters all over the globe. |
