Welcome to Les Dames d'Escoffier, Ann Arbor
Application for Member status, in various categories, or Affiliate status (online forms).  Member status includes membership in both LDEAA and in LDEI; Affiliate status includes membership only in LDEAA.  Both general categories are by invitation only; evaluation for full Member status, however, is more thorough than it is for Affiliate status.  One obvious difference is that full Member status, evaluated along general LDEI guidelines, is for women 'dames' only; Affiliate status may be extended to men as well as women.
