My
deepest sympathy to Pat, John and the family. I can appreciate the long
and difficult journey you have endured and now wishing for the family a
renewed spirit, love and remembrance of Jack. |

Pat,
Your dad was very nice looking. A private detective, does not fit his
face. He looks so sweet. The 76 years does not seem enough at the time.
Understandable. Sometimes, we just get tired and want to go on. May God
Bless you as you heal from the loss. I am very happy you have John in
your life. A husband doubles the joys of life, and will half the
sorrows. Until we meet again.
Love, Mary Alice Kirk Cowling |

Dear
Jack, I can't say anything but, thank you. Thank you for blessing mine
and my childrens lives by giving us Rob. He is a man full of your best
qualities. A great sense of humor, great looks, your love for baseball
and of course that bouncing walk. We loved seeing you this past summer.
Casey won't forget your "curve ball" tips. My favorite was Keegan,
hugging and kissing you for the first time and asking in her 3yr old
voice "why do you talk so funny"? Your response was "Don't ever smoke"!
We are happy to know your in a better place now. We love you!

Mike,
I'm sorry to hear about the loss of your father. I know these must be
tough times for you and all of your siblings. Together, I'm sure all of
you will get through this OK. Enjoy reminiscing about his successes!

Dear
Jack,
This blog's for you. I promise to take the most excellent care of your
daughter, Patty Ann. She is the light and love of my life.
I really enjoyed getting those calls in the evening asking for
healthcare advice. I hope the hyperhydrosis has improved.
When I think of the family present at your service today, I realize
that you are indeed a wealthy man. Thank you and your family for
accepting me.
Your Son-in-Law,
John |

Dad,
Thanks for all the great memories of Belle Isle, Bob-lo, the zoo, and
especially those famous midnight backyard Bar-B-Qs!! I appreciate you
passing on your love of drawing and painting to me, but most of all I
cherish the great C-O-L-E interviewing skills you taught me!!! Oh--I
promise to be a good girl, Love, Pat |

Michael,
Patty, Chris, Suzie, Robbie, Holly & Clay--
My heart is with you ALL during this. In the meantime, I'll just keep
picturing him putting the Wesson Oil in Darren's shampoo bottle or
doing his Hitler impersonation while Salem smiled. |
