Helen C. Warners began each day asking herself "How can I be a blessing to someone today?"  This was evident in her generous spirit and faithful volunteerism.  She left a legacy of love during her nearly 90 years of life which ended January 22, 2009.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, son, Lloyd, daughter, Jeanne, and grandson, Scott. Helen leaves behind her children, Curt (Jan) Warners, Linda (Rod) den Dulk, Betty (Cec) Bradshaw, Susan (Rich) Vander Meer, Rick (Becky) Warners; and daughter-in-law, Arlene Warners.  The Warners' circle of love includes 20 grandchildren, 43 great grandchildren, nine great great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Joyce Van Neuren and Eleanor Taylor; and step-brother, Sy (Marty) Voortman.  A celebration of her life will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday at West Leonard Christian Reformed Church, 1053 Leonard NW.  Friends may visit with the family from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday.  Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to West Side Christian School.
