Margaret (Laman) Vegter, aged 91, died Sunday, November 8, 2009. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Alvin; son, Albert and his wife, Jeanne; daughter, Gretchen Bush; and grandchildren, Chris Vegter, Suzanne Vegter, Katrina Vegter, David and Megan Diercks, Jeff and Heather Bush; and great grandson, Nathan. She is also survived by her brother, Rev. David Laman and sister, Pearl Eadie. She was a graduate of Hope College and retired from work at Import Motors. Her later activities included volunteering at Calvin Christian Reformed Church and C.R.W.R.C. Cremation and burial have taken place and a private memorial service will be held Saturday. Zaagman Memorial Chapel. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. |
