Peter
VandeVegte, age 82, of Wyoming, went to be with his Lord and Savior on
Sunday,
January 3, 2010. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patricia
Jacob and
three sisters. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 62 years,
Grace
(Brands) VandeVegte; children, Sandra (Marlin) Westra and Larry (Terri)
VandeVegte; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. A memorial
service
will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the First Protestant Reformed Church,
2800
Michigan NE, Grand Rapids, MI with Rev. William Langerak officiating.
The
family will meet with relatives and friends on Wednesday one hour prior
to the
service at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Adams
Christian
School.
