Marceline M. Paxson, aged 79, of
Grand
Rapids, left her earthly home to be
reunited with her husband, Alvin; her daughter-in-law, Donna Paxson;
son-in-law, Richard Young and sister, Beverly Weller. Surviving are her
children; Dan (Mary) Paxson of Grand Rapids, Kathy (Raymond) Funk of
Dorr;
eight grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; her brothers, Robert
(Grace) Doty
of Branch, MI, Charles (Marcia) Doty of FL; her sister, Irene (Ron)
Johnson of
Caledonia; her in-laws, Dale Weller of Grand Rapids, Jay (Ginny) Paxson
of WA,
Lucille Gaver of Wyoming; several nieces and nephews. The Mass of
Christian
burial will be celebrated Tuesday 10:30 a.m. at St. Sebastian Church,

Wilson Ave S.W., Byron Center with Msgr William Duncan presiding.
Entombment at
Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. A Vigil service will be held Monday 8 p.m. at
the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of MI
