Frances
Mauk (Baker), aged 81, of Grand Rapids, went home to be with the Lord,
Saturday, March 13, 2010. She will be greatly missed by her husband of
58
years, Albert; daughters, Marie and Curt VanderKooi, Marlene and John
Livingston;
grandchildren, Sarah and Matthew Hudson, Rebecca VanderKooi, Nicholas
VanderKooi; sister-in-law, Becky DeLong; many close nieces and nephews
and
special neighbors, Bev and Lindsey Smith, Carol Hamstra. Funeral
services for
Frances will be held 11 a.m. Thursday at Unity Reformed Church, 4450
Poinsettia
SE, Kentwood with Rev. Mark Bergsma officiating. The family will
receive
relatives and friends Wednesday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Matthysse
Kuiper
DeGraaf Funeral Home, 4646 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Kentwood and one hour
prior to
the service at the church. Memorial donations may be made to Unity
Reformed
Youth Ministries or Kent County Humane Society. |
