 Mr. Andrew Koster, age 83, of Shelbyville (formerly of
Grand Rapids), went home
to be with his Lord on Sunday, September 20, 2009 with his family by
his side.
Andrew was co-owner of Eastern Cycle Shop for many years. He was
preceded in
death by his grandson, Michael Koster; and by four siblings, Gertrude,
Peter,
John and William. Andy is survived by his loving wife of 58 years,
Betty; his
children, Doug and Debbie Koster, Ruth and Dan Fredricks, Pat and Jim
Bass, Ken
and Kim Koster, Steve and Marianne Koster, Beth and Mike DeBoer; 28
grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; brothers, Henry Koster, Jerry
and Esther
Koster; sisters, Helen VanDellen, Eleanor and Rev. James Kok;
sisters-in-law,
Margaret Koster, Marguerite Koster; brother-in-law, Albert and Linda
Jansen;
and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Thursday
2:00 p.m.
with Chaplain Phil Koster officiating. Interment at Chapel Hill
Memorial
Gardens. If one wishes, memorial donations may be made to Faith Hospice
