Mr. Thomas A. Freiberg, age 62, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, October 28, 2009. He is survived by his brother, Ronald and Toni Freiberg; his sister, Janice Potter; nieces and nephews Sue Freiberg, RC and Julie Freiberg, Tom Freiberg, Hayley Potter; a special friend and mentor, Tom Woodstra. The funeral service will be held on Saturday October 31, at 1:00 p.m. at the Van't Hof Chapel.  Memorial contributions Heartland Hospice would be appreciated.
