Richard L. Fisher, age 80, departed this life April 10, 2009. Public viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, from 1 to 5 p.m.  Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2009 at 11 a.m. at New St. Mark, 26 Shelby SW.  Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services.
