Raymond C. Ferwerda, aged 85, of Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, April 15, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Mary; his twin brother and his sister-in-law, Normand and Beverly Ferwerda; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. at Cascade Christian Church, 2829 Thornapple River Dr., SE with visitation for one hour prior to the time of service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to the Youth Ministry of Cascade Christian Church would be appreciated.
