Mrs. Pearl A. (Boomers)
Cunningham, age 89, went
home to be with her Lord and Savior on the Lord's Day, Sunday, April
26, 2009.
She was a 1938 graduate of Lowell High School. For 30 years, Mrs.
Cunningham
worked for General Motors, Fisher Body #1. She is survived by her son,
Jerry
Boomers of Grand Rapids; her step children, Alonzo Cunningham of
California,
Mary and Ray Graft of McKinney, TX, and Leahmon and Sheryl Cunningham
of
Grandville; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister-in-law
and
brother-in-law, Henry and Jessie Walma; nieces and nephews, Clark and
Greta
Parsons, Carole and George Anderson, Sandie Hull and Marydell Pratt.
She was
preceded in death by her husbands, Simon Boomers and Henry J.
Cunningham, a daughter-in-law,
N. Jean Boomers, and brothers, Glenn Parsons and Lester Parsons. The
Service of
Praise and Thanksgiving for the gift of everlasting life through Jesus
Christ
for Mrs. Cunningham will be Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel at Ada
Bible
Church, 8899 Cascade Road, Ada, with Pastor Bob King officiating.
Interment in
Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Those planning an expression of sympathy are
asked
to consider Ada Bible Church.
