Dorothy J. Cherry, aged 83, of Comstock Park, passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 5, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard in 1988. Surviving are her children, Denise and Charles Holt, David and Jody Cherry; her grandchildren, Collin and Casey; brothers and sisters, Joe and Betty Hoeve, Jr., Margaret Brown, Donald and Pat Hoeve, Russell and Sylvia Hoeve, Arlene and William Thiebout; many nieces and nephews. Funeral and committal services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, with Rev. Chuck VanLente officiating. Interment in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
