 Robert E. "Bobby" Bumb, aged 89, of Wyoming, went to be
with his Lord
on Monday, August 17, 2009. He was preceded in death by his parents,
George and
Brightie Bumb; and his brother, Donnell Bumb. Bob is survived by his
wife of 58
years, Donna; children, Galeann Hood, Barbie (Dennis) Brown, Peggy
(David)
Reurink, Cindy (Joe) Hooker; 15 grandchildren, Nick, Torrey, Kerry,
Reilly,
Laura, Jessica (Tom), John, Sarah, Renae, Madison, Toni, Cody, Josiah,
and
Annie Rose; four great-grandsons; sister, Shirley Spicer; and many
nieces and
nephews. Bob was a World War II Veteran and POW serving in the US Army
Air
Force. He retired from General Motors after 38 years of employment.
Pastor Jack
Delaney will officiate over the funeral. Interment
Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Memorial
