   Agnes Brinks

   1914-2009


Mrs. Agnes Brinks, aged 94, widow of Harold, loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, went to be with the Lord she loved and served on Sunday, April 12, 2009. She is survived by two sons, Robert and Ginger Brinks of Marathon, FL, David and Sallie Brinks of Marne; grandchildren, Kirk and Cindy Brinks, Betsy Brinks, Craig and Kirsten Brinks, Chris and Lynnelle Brinks, Brent and Rachael Brinks, Jason and Jodi Brinks; 13 great grandchildren; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Henrietta Brinks, Rena Brinks, James and Pauline Brinks, Charles Brinks, Barbara Schropshire, Carolyn and Jack Grubb; and many nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Raybrook Manor Chapel with Rev. George Aupperlee officiating. Private Interment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. The family will greet relatives and friends Thursday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral chapel and at Raybrook on Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff of 2nd floor DeVos for their kind and loving care. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hope on the Hill - Van Andel Institute, and the Raybrook Manor Resident Assistance Fund.
