Samuel T. Azzarella, aged 74, of Wayland, MI, passed away May 14, 2009. He is survived by his wife, Ida Azzarella; children, Laura Sejacic, Gina Hagg, Joseph David (Daniella) Azzarella, Victorio Azzarella; grandchildren, Jacob, Sarah, and Marsell; and two sisters, Benita and Cathleen Azzarello. Funeral services were held Monday at the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. Entombment Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
