 kJune Margaret Anderson, aged 80, of Byron Center, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, January 12, 2009. She was an LPN at Mary Free Bed and Clark Home. She was also an accomplished organist and sang in the choir at Gaines United Brethren Church. June loved traveling, pinochle and bowling. Her great love was spending time with her family and grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Bill; her children, Cris (Mary) W. Anderson, Sandra M. (Mickey) Davis, Cynthia "Cindy" (Steven) Allen; grandchildren, Shelley (Blake) Austin, Todd (Amy) Davis, Jamie (Jim) Kolkman, Julie Allen, Jill (Pat) Olin; three great-grandchildren, Jackson, Emily and Addison; special dog, Chloe; brothers and sisters, Don (Esther) Anderson, Esther (Rev. Don) Phillips, Jerry (Fran) Anderson, Janet (John) Masterson, Sally Kirkwood; brother-in-law, Irwin Anderson; and several nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, January 16, at Kentwood Community Church, 1200 60th St. SE, with Rev. Bill Layle officiating. Interment at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. For those wishing, contributions may be given to Kentwood Community Church Benevolent Fund. |
